The author studies various measures of the singularity (say at the point \(0\)) of a plurisubharmonic (psh) function which is multi-circled, that is \(u(z)=u(|z_1 |, \dots , |z_n |)\). Among them are: \(L_k (u)\) called the higher order Lelong numbers, which are the Lelong numbers of the currents \((dd^c u)^k\) at zero; the integrability index \(\lambda _u\); and the Lelong-Kiselman numbers. In particular, a formula for \(\lambda _u\) in terms of the latter numbers is given, and the inequality \[ \lambda _u \leq \frac{1}{k}L_k (u)^{1/k} \] is shown. The inequality remains true also for non multi-circled psh functions with their unbounded locus being an analytic set of codimension at least \(k\). For \(k=n\) this is due to \textit{J.-P. Demailly} [in: Complex analysis and digital geometry. Proceedings from the Kiselmanfest, Uppsala, Sweden, May 2006 on the occasion of Christer Kiselman's retirement. Uppsala: Univ. Uppsala. 131--143 (2009; Zbl 1209.32024)], and this result is used to prove the more general statement.
