The author uses an idea of the discrete Littlewood-Paley theory developed by \textit{Y. Han} and \textit{G. Lu} [Some recent works on multiparameter Hardy space theory and discrete Littlewood-Paley analysis. Trends in partial differential equations. Somerville, MA: International Press; Beijing: Higher Education Press. Advanced Lectures in Mathematics (ALM) 10, 99--191 (2010; Zbl 1201.42016); \url{arxiv:801.1701}] to study the weighted Hardy spaces in the three-parameter case. The author obtains the boundedness for the flag singular integral operators on the weighted three-parameter Hardy spaces.
