A locally integrable function \(u\) on an open set \(G\subset\mathbb{R}^n\) is said to be sub-polyharmonic of order \(m\) if \(G\) if \(\Delta^m u\geq 0\) there in the sense of distributions. The first result of this paper concerns sub-polyharmonic functions \(u\) of order \(m\) with an isolated singularity at \(0\) such that \(| u(x)|\,\| x\|^s\) is integrable on a neighbourhood of \(0\) for some \(s\geq \max\{-2m,-n\}\). It provides a representation for such \(u\) as the sum of a generalized potential of the measure \(\Delta^m u\) and a Laurent-type series with only finitely many terms in its singular part (the number of these terms depends on both \(m\) and \(s\)). The authors also establish a result concerning the removability of singularity sets \(E\) for sub-polyharmonic functions \(u\) of order \(m\). The functions \(u\) are now required to satisfy, near \(E\), a growth restriction which depends both on \(m\) and on the metric size of \(E\) expressed in terms of Minkowski content.
