Let \(P\in X\) be a surface singularity over the complex numbers. \(P\in X\) is called a cyclic quotient singularity of type \(\frac{1}{n}(a,b)\), \(a,b,n\) are pairwise relatively prime integers, if and only if locally analytically at \(P\), the singularity is isomorphic to \(\mathbb{C}^2/\mu_n\), where \(\mu_n\) acts on \(\mathbb{C}^2\) linearly by \(\zeta \cdot x=\zeta^a x\) and \(\zeta \cdot y=\zeta^b y\), \(\zeta\) is a primitive \(n\)-th root of unity. A Del Pezzo surface is a projective surface \(X\) defined over the complex numbers such that \(X\) has at worst cyclic quotient singularities and \(-K_X\) is ample. The Fano index of \(X\) is the largest positive integer \(r\) such that \(-K_X\) is linearly equivalent to \(rA\), for some Weil divisor \(A\) in \(X\). A \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Gorenstein deformation of Del Pezzo surfaces with cyclic quotient singularities is a flat morphism \(f : \mathcal{X} \rightarrow S\), such that for any \(s\in S\), the fiber \(\mathcal{X}_s\) of \(f\) over \(s\) is a Del Pezzo surface with cyclic quotient singularities and there exists a natural number \(m>0\) such that the double dual \((\omega_{\mathcal{X}/S}^{\otimes m})^{\ast\ast}\) is invertible. In this paper, the authors show that there exist exactly three \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Gorenstein families of Del Pezzo surfaces with a fixed number \(k>1\) of cyclic quotient singularities of type \(\frac{1}{3}(1,1)\) and Fano index \(r\geq 2\) and 26 \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Gorenstein families of Del Pezzo surfaces with a fixed number \(k>1\) of cyclic quotient singularities of type \(\frac{1}{3}(1,1)\) and Fano index \(r=1\). Moreover, explicit constructions of all families are given.
