A spread in \(\text{ PG}(3,q)\) is a set of \(q^2+1\) lines partitioning the point set. A spread \(S\) is called regular if every three lines of it are contained in a regulus which itself is contained in \(S\). A parallellism of \(\text{ PG}(3,q)\) is a set of \(q^2+q+1\) spreads that cover the line set. Such a parallellism is called regular if every spread of it is regular. The author classifies all parallellisms \({\mathcal P}\) which admit an automorphism group that acts 2-transitively on the spreads of \({\mathcal P}\). Such a parallelism must be one of the two regular parallelisms in \(\text{ PG}(3,2)\) [\textit{T. Pentilla} and \textit{B. Williams}, Eur. J. Comb. 19, No. 6, 713-720 (1998; Zbl 0920.51006)] and the group is isomorphic to \(\text{PSL}(2,7)\).
