Asymptotical multiplicity and some reversed variational inequalities (Q1859335): Difference between revisions

In this paper the authors obtain multiplicity results for solutions of ``reversed variational inequalities'', in which the inequality is opposite with respect to the classical variational inequalities introduced by Lions and Stampacchia. Such inequalities arise from the study of fourth-order elliptic problems depending on some parameters. The authors show the existence and the multiplicity of ``asymptotically critical points'' of this kind of problems. Some open problems are exhibited.
