This paper deals with a 2D topological field theory (TFT). The authors suggest new evidence supporting their vision of semisimple Frobenius manifolds as the mathematical basement of the building of 2D TFT. Their construction contains as a particular case, the Virasoro constraints in 2D topological gravity.
