[For part I see J. Reine Angew. Math. 381, 1-36 (1987; Zbl 0618.76073).] In this interesting paper, a sort of singular behaviour of nonstationary incompressible Euler equations (N.I.E.E.) is studied. Namely, a particular solution for the stationary compressible Euler equation is considered; if the initial data of (N.I.E.E.) is close to this particular solution, then the solution for (N.I.E.E.) exists and is close to the solution of the stationary Euler equation (with a particular speed at infinity). Some open problems (concerning the pressure) are also pointed out.
