The author obtains sharp regularity estimates for stationary and time-dependent Navier-Stokes equations with shear-dependent viscosity under the non-slip boundary condition. More precisely, the author proves regularity results for second-order derivatives of velocity and for first-order derivatives of pressure up to the boundary, when the space dimension \(n\) is at least \(3\).
