A resolution of a \(t-(v,k,\lambda)\)-design is a partition of the set of lines such that each part is itself a partition of the point-set. If a resolution has a cyclic automorphism of full length, then the resolution is said to be point-cyclic. In the paper under review, the author describes an algorithm to construct point-cyclic resolutions of projective geometries over finite fields and uses it to construct the first point-cyclic resolution of \(\text{PG}(9,2)\).
