A digraph is said to be pancircular if it contains circuits of every length up to the number of edges of the digraph. The paper discusses the preservation of pancircularity under the line-digraph operation, and shows that the line digraph of a regular and pancircular digraph is also regular and pancircular. As a corollary, all de Bruijn graphs are shown to be pancyclic and pancircular.
