This is the continuation of Part I [reviewed above, see Zbl 0581.94033]. In the second part twenty six couples of fuzzy relations are studied and the results are compared with those of part I. The second part considers the minimal number of mathematical operations necessary for computer implementation simultaneously with the least root-mean-square error.
