Bernstein functions, complete hyperexpansivity and subnormality. II. (Q1865924): Difference between revisions

In the present paper, the authors provide some interesting relations between multivariable completely hyperexpansive weighted shifts and multivariable subnormal weighted shifts by means of multivariable Bernstein functions. They also present a few multivariable generalizations of the one-variable results obtained in the first part of this paper [ibid. 43, 253-263 (2002; Zbl 1052.47014)].
