A graph \(X\) is one-regular if \(\mathrm{Aut}(X)\) acts transitively and semi-regularly on the arc set. A Cayley graph \(X=\mathrm{Cay}(G;S)\) is normal if \(G\) is a normal subgroup of \(\mathrm{Aut}(X)\). The authors classify the 4-valent one-regular normal Cayley graphs \(X\) on a dihedral group such that \(\mathrm{Aut}(X)\) have cyclic vertex stabilizers.
