From the authors' abstract: For a group \(G\) of homeomorphisms of a regular topological space \(X\) and a subset \(U\subset X\), set \(G|\underline U| :=\left\{ g\in G:g|\left( X\setminus U\right) =\text{Id}\right\}\). We say that \(G\) is a factorizable group of homeomorphism, if for every open cover \(\mathcal U\) of \(X\), \(\bigcup _{U\in\mathcal U}g|\underline U|\) generates \(G\). Theorem I. Let \(G,H\) be factorizable groups of homeomorphisms of \(X\) and \(Y\) respectively, and suppose that \(G,H\) do not have fixed points. Let \(\varphi\) be an isomorphism between \(G\) and \(H\). Then there is a homeomorphism \(\tau\) between \(X\) and \(Y\) such that \(\varphi\left( g\right) =\tau\circ g\circ\tau ^{-1}\) for every \(g\in G\). Theorem II. For \(l=1,2\) let \(\left( X_l,\Phi _l\right)\) be a countably paracompact foliated (not necessary smooth) manifold and \(G_l\) be any group of foliation-preserving homeomorphisms of \(\left( X_l,\Phi _l\right)\) which contains the group \(H_0\left( X_l,\Phi _l\right)\) of foliation-preserving homeomorphisms which take every leaf to itself. Let \(\varphi\) be an isomorphism between \(G_1\) and \(G_2\). Then there is a foliation preserving homeomorphism \(\tau\) between \(X_1\) and \(X_2\) such that \(\varphi\left( g\right) =\tau\circ g\circ\tau ^{-1}\) for every \(g\in G_1\). In both Theorems I and II, \(\tau\) is unique.
