The author studies the weighted pseudo almost automorphic solutions in distribution for nonautonomous stochastic differential equations driven by Lévy noise, when the coefficients of the equations satisfy some suitable conditions. After some definitions based on the notion given by \textit{M.-M. Fu} and \textit{Z.-X. Liu} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 138, No. 10, 3689--3701 (2010; Zbl 1202.60109)], \textit{Z. Chen} and \textit{W. Lin} [J. Math. Pures Appl. (9) 100, No. 4, 476--504 (2013; Zbl 1286.34082)] and \textit{Z.-X. Liu} and \textit{K. Sun} [J. Funct. Anal. 266, No. 3, 1115--1149 (2014; Zbl 1291.60121)], almost automorphic solutions in distribution of nonautonomous semilinear stochastic differential equations are investigated (Theorem 3.2). Based on this result, the existence and uniqueness of weighted pseudo almost automorphic solutions in distribution for nonautonomous semilinear stochastic differential equations is proved (Theorem 4.1) and then the exponential stability of the unique solutions (almost automorphic in distribution) is discussed (Theorem 5.2). Finally, a good example for a stochastic heat equation is considered. These results extend some other results given by \textit{T. Diagana} [C. R., Math., Acad. Sci. Paris 343, No. 10, 643--646 (2006; Zbl 1112.43005)], \textit{J. Blot} et al. [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 71, No. 3--4, 903--909 (2009; Zbl 1177.34077)], \textit{J.-H. Liu} and \textit{X.-Q. Song} [J. Funct. Anal. 258, No. 1, 196--207 (2010; Zbl 1194.47047)] and \textit{Y. Wang} and \textit{Z.-X. Liu} [Nonlinearity 25, No. 10, 2803--2821 (2012; Zbl 1260.60114)].
