A function \(\Omega\) is called a ``unitary function'' if for arbitrary \(2\pi\)-periodic functions \(f\) \[ A(x)= f(x)\Omega(x), \] where \(f(x)\) denotes the \(2\pi\)-periodization of \(A\). The author investigates necessary and sufficient conditions for \(\Omega\) to be a unitary function and constructs general unitary functions.
