A binary paramedial multiquasigroup is an algebra \((G,f)\) with \(f=(f_1,f_2,\ldots,f_n)\), where all \(f_i\) are (binary) quasigroup operations and the identity \(f_i(f_j(x,y),f_j(z,u))=f_j(f_i(u,y),f_i(z,x))\) is satisfied for all \(f_i,f_j\). It is proved that for such algebra there exists an Abelian group \((G,+)\) and its automorphisms \(\alpha_i,\beta_i\) such that \(f_i(x,y)=\alpha_i(x)+\beta_i(y)+c_i\) for some fixed \(c_i\in G\). The group \((G,+)\) is unique up to isomorphisms.
