The author continues his research published in Part I [J. Number Theory 109, No. 2, 240--265 (2004; Zbl 1067.11055)]. The main result of this paper is the bound \(\Lambda(7)\geq 4.71474396\dots\) (definition of \(\Lambda(7)\) can be found in Part I cited above.
