Basic constructions in rational homotopy theory of function spaces (Q2372764)

Starting with the Brown-Szczarba model of a function space, the authors give a functorial framework to describe the rational homotopy of function spaces. Suppose that \(X\) and \(Y\) are nilpotent CW complexes of finite type with \(X\) finite. The text contains the description of a natural model for the evaluation map \(F(X,Y)\times X \to Y\) and also of a natural model for the component \(F(X,Y,f)\) containing a map \(f\).
