    Let \(b(x)\) be a positive function in \(L^2(\mathbb{R})\), and \(m\in\mathbb{Z}\). The Toeplitz type operator \(T^m_b\) is defined by \((T^m_bf)(x)= P_mM_bP_m f(x)\), where \(M_bf(x)= b(x) f(x)\), \(P_mf(x)= \int k_m(x, y)f(y) dy\), \(k_m(x, y)= 2^mk(2^mx, 2^my)\), \(k(x,y)= \sum_{m\in\mathbb{Z}} \varphi(x- m)\varphi(y- m)\), and \(\varphi(x)\) is a real continuous scaling function, \(\text{supp }\varphi \subseteq[0, N]\). In this paper, the authors prove that: For \(0<p\leq\infty\), \(m\in\mathbb{Z}\), and a positive function \(b\), there exist positive constants \(c_1\), \(c_2\), independent of \(b\) and \(m\), such that: \[ c_1\| b\|_{W_m(L^1, l^p)}\leq\| T^m_b\|_{S_p}\leq c_2\| b\|_{W_m(L^1, l^p)}, \] where \[ \| b\|^p_{W_m(L^1, l^p)}= \sum_{n\in\mathbb{Z}} \Biggl(\int_{[n2^{-m} N,(n+ 1)2^{-m}N]}| b(x)| k_m(x, x)dx\Biggr)^p, \] for \(0<p<\infty\), \[ \| b\|_{W_m(L^1, l^p)}= \sup_{n\in\mathbb{Z}} \int_{[n2^{-m}N, (n+1)2^{-m}N]}| b(x)| k_m(x, x)dx, \] for \(p= \infty\); and \(S_p\) is the Schatten-von Neumann class.
