The authors consider a two-dimensional Burgers' system, consisting of three differential equations in rectangular domain, satisfying simple initial conditions and zero boundary conditions. By using the rectangular quadrature rules for the integral in the first equation and the backward Euler formulae, an implicit difference scheme is derived. The existence of the solutions and stability of this scheme are proved. The convergence of the scheme to the exact solutions of order \(\mathcal{O}(h+\tau)\) in \(L_2\) norm is also established. Finally the uniqueness of the solutions of the difference scheme is obtained. No numerical results or graphics are presented.
