In this note the author constructs certain locally finite fundamental domains for discrete subgroups of \(\operatorname{PU}(1,n;{\mathbb C})\) on the boundary of the complex hyperbolic space, for which \(\infty\) is fixed only by the identity. These fundamental domains are given by a generalization of Ford's domain. Ford domains are obtained from isometric circles of those transformations that do not fix \(\infty\). Given any point \(y\) on the boundary of the hyperbolic space, which is not fixed by the transformation, one can define an equivalent to the isometric circle, called a generalized isometric circle with respect to \(y\). If \(y=\infty\), one obtains the classical isometric circle. Then, replacing in the definition of Ford's domain the classical isometric circles with the generalized ones (for the same \(y\)), a locally finite fundamental domain is again obtained. The paper relies on explicit computations.
