Cubature remainder estimates by approximation degrees (Q583539)

Investigations on error bounds, approximations and estimates deserve increased attention, particularly in view of their applicability in different situations. Here the authors tackle the problems aimed at settling cubature remainder estimates using biorthogonal techniques of the tensor product type. Included are Lebesgue's inequality, estimates, Chebyshev polynomials, quadrature remainder, bivariates, product and blending curvatures. The paper contains nine theorems and ends with some concluding remarks.
