    The authors study an initial-boundary value problem for a multidimensional scalar conservation law \[ \partial_t u+\nabla_x\cdot f(u)=0, \;u=u(x,t), \;x\in\Omega, \;t\in (0,T), \] where \(\Omega\subset{\mathbb R}^N\) is a bounded spatial domain with deformable Lipschitz boundary \(\partial\Omega\). The above equation is supplemented with an initial condition \(u(x,0)=u_0(x)\) together with a zero-flux boundary condition \(f(u)\cdot n=0\) on \(\partial\Omega\). To ensure the existence of the strong traces, the flux vector is assumed to be genuinely nonlinear. Two equivalent definition of entropy solutions are suggested. The authors establish existence and uniqueness of the bounded entropy solution. The asymptotic behavior of entropy solutions as \(t\to\infty\) is also discussed.
