Summary: The goal of this paper is to investigate the blow-up and the global existence of the solutions to the discrete \(p\)-Laplacian parabolic equation \(u_t \left(x, t\right) = \Delta_{p, w} u \left(x, t\right) + \lambda \left|u \left(x, t\right)\right|^{p - 2} u \left(x, t\right)\), \(\left(x, t\right) \in S \times \left(0, \infty\right)\), \(u \left(x, t\right) = 0\), \(\left(x, t\right) \in \partial S \times \left(0, \infty\right)\), \(u \left(x, 0\right) = u_0\), depending on the parameters \(p > 1\) and \(\lambda > 0\). Besides, we provide several types of the comparison principles to this equation, which play a key role in the proof of the main theorems. In addition, we finally give some numerical examples which exploit the main results.
