The authors prove that, for any \(\varepsilon>0\) and any sufficiently large \(Q>Q(\varepsilon)\), the number of cubic integer polynomials \(P\) with height \(H(P)\) at most \(Q\), discriminant \(\Delta=\Delta(P)\) in the range \(1 \leq | \Delta| < Q^{4-2v_1}\) and its \(p\)-adic valuation \(| \Delta|_p<Q^{-2v_2}\), does not exceed \(Q^{4-5(v_1+v_2)/3+\varepsilon}\) if \(v_1,v_2\) are nonnegative real numbers satisfying \(3\varepsilon/20 \leq v_1+v_2 \leq 6/5\). (The case \(v_2=0\) has been considered earlier.)
