A left Artinian ring \(R\) is said to be a left H-ring (Harada ring) if there exists a basic set \(\{e_{ij}\mid 1\leq i\leq m,\;1\leq j\leq n(i)\}\) of orthogonal primitive idempotents of \(R\) with the conditions: (1) \(e_{i1}R_R\) is injective for each \(i=1,2,\dots,m\); and (2) \(e_{ij}R_R\cong J(e_{i,j-1}R_R)\) for each \(j=2,3,\dots,n(i)\), where \(J(e_{i,j-1}R_R)\) is the Jacobson radical of \(e_{i,j-1}R_R\). Right H-rings can be defined similarly. It was shown by \textit{J. Kado} and \textit{K. Oshiro} [J. Algebra 211, No. 2, 384-408 (1999; Zbl 0926.16019)] that the existence of a Nakayama isomorphism for every basic left H-ring and the existence of a Nakayama automorphism for every basic QF-ring are equivalent. In this paper, interesting examples of QF rings without Nakayama automorphism and H-rings without self-duality are provided by using examples of \textit{J. Kraemer} [Characterizations of the existence of (quasi-) self-duality for complete tensor rings, Algebra Berichte 56, Verlag Reinhard Fischer, München (1987; Zbl 0619.16012)].
