The main result. Let \(K\) be a centrally symmetric convex set in \(\mathbb{R}^n\), \(\tau_i: \mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\), \(i= 1,\dots, n\), be \(n\) odd increasing functions, concave on the interval \([0,\infty)\), and \(f_i: \mathbb{R}\to \mathbb{R}_+\), \(i= 1,\dots, n\), be \(n\) functions such that \(\mu(\{x\in\mathbb{R}\mid f_i(x)> t\})<\infty\), \(\forall t> 0\). Define \(L= \tau(K)\) the image of \(K\) under the coordinate transformation \(\tau(x_1,\dots, x_n)= (\tau_1(x_1),\dots, \tau_n(x_n))\) and \(I(f_1,\dots, f_n)= \int_L f_1(x_1)\dots f_n(x_n) \,dx_1\dots dx_n\). Under these conditions the following inequality holds \[ I[f_1,\dots, f_n]\leq I[f^k_1,\dots, f^k_n]. \] It means that in this case the integral of \(n\) functions over a symmetric set \(L\) in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) increases when the functions are replaced by their decreasing rearrangements \(f^k_1,\dots, f^k_n\).
