This paper belongs to a series of papers by the author to vector and Clifford algebra valued automorphic forms and is in relation to the paper [``Some conformally flat spin manifolds, Dirac operators and automorphic forms'' arXiv:math.AP/0212086 (2002)] jointly written with \textit{J. Ryan} which will appear soon. For some arithmetic congruence groups of the Vahlen group Eisenstein- and Poincaré-type series are constructed in that way that these are solutions to the (also iterated) Euclidean Dirac equation. In this paper all congruence groups of the special hypercomplex modular group are studied which is generated by the inversion and the translation matrices in the framework of Clifford algebra function classes in kernels of (iterated) Euclidean Dirac operators. A vector-valued generalization of the Riemann zeta function is used. Polymonogenic modular forms on hypercomplex generalizations of the theta group are introduced. There is also a book by the author in the Birkhäuser Series ''Frontiers in Mathematics'' titled `Generalized analytic automorphic forms in hypercomplex Spaces' (Basel: Birkhäuser) (2004; Zbl 1058.30046)].
