Consider a planar differential polynomial system with a center at the origin. The origin is a uniform isochronous center if in polar coordinates \((r, \theta)\), we have \(\dot{\theta}\) is a non-zero constant. The authors study the case when the polynomial system is of degree \(4\). The only case of local integrability is given by \[ \begin{aligned} \dot{x}&=-y+x(Ax+Bxy+Cx^{3}+Dxy^{2}), \\ \dot{y}&=x+y(Ax+Bxy+Cx^{3}+Dxy^{2}). \end{aligned} \] With a clear analysis, the authors provide all the global phase portraits of these systems. The results are checked with the software P4.
