    An operator \(T\) is called a standard singular integral operator, if there exists a function \(K\) and a positive constant \(C_K\) which satisfy the following conditions: \[ Tf(x)=\text{p.v. }\int_{\mathbb R^n}K(x-y)f(y)\,dy \] exists almost everywhere, where \(f\in L^2(\mathbb R^n)\); \[ |K(x)|\leq\frac{C_K}{|x|^n}\quad \text{ and\;}\quad |\nabla K(x)| \leq\frac{C_K}{|x|^{n+1}},\quad x\neq 0; \] \[ \int_{\varepsilon<|x|<N}K(x)\,dx=0\quad \text{for\;all}\quad 0<\varepsilon<N. \] For a standard singular integral operator \(T\), define the modified singular integral operator \(\widetilde T\) by setting for all \(x\in\mathbb R^n\), \[ \widetilde Tf(x)=\text{p.\, v.\;}\int_{\mathbb R^n}\left\{K(x-y)-K(-y) \chi_{\{y\in\mathbb R^n:\;|y|\geq1\}}\right\}f(y)\,dy, \] where \(\chi_E\) is the characteristic function of a set \(E\). For \(0<q\leq1\), define \[ \begin{multlined} CMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)=\bigg\{f\in L^1_{\text{loc}}(\mathbb R^n): \|f\|_{CMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)} =\sup_{R\geq1}\inf_c|B(0,R)|^{-1/q}\\ \times\int_{B(0,R)}|f(x)-c|\,dx<\infty\bigg\},\end{multlined} \] and \[ \begin{multlined} WCMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)=\bigg\{f\in L^1_{\text{loc}}(\mathbb R^n): \|f\|_{WCMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)} =\sup_{R\geq1}\inf_c|B(0,R)|^{-1/q}\\ \times\sup_{\lambda>0}\lambda\big|\{x\in B(0,R):|f(x)-c|>\lambda\}\big|<\infty\bigg\}.\end{multlined} \] In this paper, the authors show that if \(q\in(n/(n+1),1]\) and \(T\) is a standard singular integral operator, then the modified singular integral operator \(\widetilde T\) is bounded from \(CMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)\) to \(WCMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)\), namely, for \(f\in CMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)\), \[ \|\widetilde Tf\|_{WCMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)}\leq C\|f\|_{CMO_q^1(\mathbb R^n)}. \] Moreover, when \(n=1\) and \(0<q\leq1/2\), the authors give a counterexample such that the above conclusion does not hold anymore.
