\textit{C. G. Khatri} and \textit{C. R. Rao }[Sankhya 30, 167-180 (1968; Zbl 0176.49004)] and \textit{D. S. Tracy} and \textit{R. P. Singh} [Statistica Neerlandica 26, 143-157 (1972; Zbl 0267.15009)] introduced products of partitioned matrices related to Kronecker and Hadamard products. In this paper, the author studies these products and obtains certain inequalities. He then applies these results to two statistical problems.
