    The boundary layer flows in a channel with small viscosity with injections and suctions at the boundary are studied. Let \(\Omega=(0, l_1)\times(0, l_2)\times(0, h)\) be a channel with periodicity in \(x\) and \(y\). The Navier-Stokes equations \[ \frac{\partial v^{\varepsilon}}{\partial t}-\varepsilon\Delta v^{\varepsilon} + (v^{\varepsilon}\cdot\nabla)v^{\varepsilon}+\nabla p^{\varepsilon}=f, \quad \nabla\cdot v^{\varepsilon}=0\qquad \text{in } \Omega \] supplemented with the boundary conditions \[ v^{\varepsilon}=(0, 0, -u) \;\text{at } z=(0,h),\quad (u=\text{const}>0) \] are considered. The solution of the problem is compared with the solution of the corresponding ``inviscid'' Euler equations \[ \begin{aligned} &\frac{\partial v^0}{\partial t}-\varepsilon\Delta v^0 + (v^0\cdot\nabla)v^0+\nabla p^0=f, \quad \nabla\cdot v^0=0\qquad \text{in\;} \Omega\\&v^0=(0, 0, -u)\quad \text{at }z=h,\quad v^0_3=-u\;\text{at }z=0. \end{aligned} \] The authors prove the convergence of \(v^{\varepsilon}\) to \(v^0\) as \(\varepsilon\to\infty\) for a short time interval. The uniform estimate of \(\|v^{\varepsilon}-v^0\|_{L^{\infty}}\) is obtained in space dimension two. The convergence result with the boundary layer analysis for the linearized problem is presented both in \(H^1\) and \(L^{\infty}\).
