The authors study the problem of obtaining an explicit expression for the integral kernel of the so-called Fourier-Clifford transform. This transform is defined by modifying the classic scalar Hamiltonian of the Fourier transform by adding/substracting the Gamma operator which creates a Clifford-valued one. As pointed out by the authors up to now an explicit expression for the integral kernel existed only in the two-dimensional case. In the present paper a closed form of this kernel is obtained in even dimensions by connecting it with the Fourier-Bessel transform. To this end the action of both transforms on a special polynomial basis given by a combination of spherical monogenics and Clifford-Hermite polynomials is studied. Using the properties of these polynomial basis it is proved that the kernel of the Fourier-Clifford transform can be obtained by applying a specific operator polynomial of the Gamma operator to the Plemelj projections of the Fourier-Bessel kernel. Explicit calculations of the kernel is then given in the cases \(m= 2, 4\), and 6.
