Abstract: We study the minor relation for algebra homomorphims in finitely generated quasivarieties that admit a logarithmic natural duality. We characterize the minor homomorphism posets of finite algebras in terms of disjoint unions of dual partition lattices and investigate reconstruction problems for homomorphisms.
