Quantum differentiability of essentially bounded functions on Euclidean space (Q2404473)

The paper contains a new proof of the results in [\textit{R. Rochberg} and \textit{S. Semmes}, J. Funct. Anal. 86, No. 2, 237--306 (1989; Zbl 0699.47012); \textit{A. Connes} et al., Topology 33, No. 4, 663--681 (1994; Zbl 0840.57013)]. The proof is based on the notion of a quantized derivative. The second main result is the Dixmier trace formula for the \(d\)-th power of the absolute value of the quantized derivative.
