    Consider the differential system \(\dot x=f(t,x)\), f(t,0)\(\equiv 0\) where f is a \(C^ 1\) function on \(I_ a\times D\), \(I_ a=[a,\infty)\) and \(D\subset R^ n\) is a domain containing the origin. The system is called h-system around the null solution if there exist a constant \(c>0\) and h: \(I_ a\to R_+\) such that for any solution \(| x(t;t_ 0,x_ 0)| \leq c| x_ 0| h(t)(h(t_ 0))^{-1}\) provided \(| x_ 0|\) is small enough. Existence and asymptotic behaviour of perturbed h-systems are studied using Alekseev representation formula.
