Abstract: Let DjsubsetBbbCnj be a pseudoconvex domain and let AjsubsetDj be a locally pluriregular set, j=1,...,N. Put X:=igcup_{j=1}^N A_1 imes... imes A_{j-1} imes D_j imes A_{j+1} imes ... imes A_NsubsetBbb C^{n_1} imes... imesBbb C^{n_N}=Bbb C^n. Let UsubsetBbbCn be an open neighborhood of X and let MsubsetU be a relatively closed subset of U. For jin1,...,N let Sigmaj be the set of all (z′,z″)in(A1imes...imesAj−1)imes(Aj+1imes...imesAN) for which the fiber M(z′,cdot,z″):=zjinBbbCnj:(z′,zj,z″)inM is not pluripolar. Assume that Sigma1,...,SigmaN are pluripolar. Put X':=igcup_{j=1}^N{(z',z_j,z)in(A_1 imes... imes A_{j-1}) imes D_j imes(A_{j+1} imes... imes A_N): (z',z) otinSigma_j}. Then there exists a relatively closed pluripolar subset hatMsubsethatX of the `envelope of holomorphy' hatXsubsetBbbCn of X such that: hatMcapX′subsetM, for every function f separately holomorphic on XsetminusM there exists exactly one function hatf holomorphic on hatXsetminushatM with hatf=f on X′setminusM, and hatM is singular with respect to the family of all functions hatf. Some special cases were previously studied in cite{Jar-Pfl 2001c}.
