Abstract: In this paper, considering the concept of Universal Multiplication Table, we show that for every $ngeq2$, the inequality: ${\displaystyle }$ M(n)=#{ij|1leq i,jleq n}geqfrac{n^2}{mathfrak{N}(n^2)}, ${\displaystyle }$ holds true with: ${\displaystyle }$ mathfrak{N}(n)=n^{frac{log 2}{loglog n}(1+frac{387}{200loglog n})}. ${\displaystyle }$
