Constraint-based inference algorithms for structural models with latent confounders -- empirical application and simulation
From MaRDI portal
The paper is devoted to graphical methods of dependency structure description. Special algorithms for search of causal graphs which can represent dependency in observed data are described. These algorithms are implemented in the software TETRAD. Results of empirical analysis by TETRAD are presented.
