Continuity of fixed points
From MaRDI portal
The author considers semicompact 1-set contraction mappings from \(P\) to \(P\), where \(P\) is a cone in a Banach space \(X\). Using the fixed point index, under suitable additional assumptions about the considered mappings, he obtains existence of positive fixed points.
