Abstract: We define $Delta$-Baire spaces. If a paratopological group $G$ is $Delta$-Baire space, then $G$ is a topological group. Locally pseudocompact spaces, Baire $p$-spaces, Baire $Sigma$-spaces, products of v{C}ech-complete spaces are $Delta$-Baire spaces.
