Dataset Characteristics

Number of features: 8 (numeric: 4, symbolic: 0 and in total binary: 0 )
Number of instances: 318
Number of instances with missing values: 0
Number of missing values: 0

This collection includes data sets of one-dimensional ultrasound raw RF data (A-Scans) acquired from the biceps brachii muscles of a single healthy volunteer. The annotation was performed by labeling the first 10 seconds of each data set as belonging to a relaxed muscle state and the last 10 seconds of each data set as belonging to a fatigue muscle states. Each line of the ARFF file contains an A-Scan consisting of 2048amplitude values, an annotation (whether this A-Scan belongs to a fatigue muscle state (1) or not (0)), a timestamp, the arm the signals were obtained from, the ID of the subject, the ID of the data set, the gender of the subject and the chosen lifted weight (2.5. kg, 5.0 kg or 7.5 kg).

ROCrate

What is a RO-Crate?

A RO-Crate is a standardized research object package used to bundle data together with rich machine-readable metadata. Each RO-Crate contains:

  • the files belonging to the dataset (e.g. CSVs, images, code, documentation)
  • a ro-crate-metadata.json file describing the content, provenance, and context
  • persistent identifiers and references to related research objects (e.g. software, publications)

This ensures that the dataset can be easily reused, cited, validated, and interpreted in a reproducible manner. More information can be found here.

Download

You can download a RO-Crate for this dataset here: Download RO-Crate

HINT: The RO-Crate is created dynamically, so it could take up to 30 seconds until the downloads starts.
