Description

TheEnvironmentalDeterminants ofDiabetes in theYoung (TEDDY) is a large epidemiological study to investigatethe link between environment and childhood diabetes. A lipidomics dataset for over 10,000 samples was generated by UC Davis for TEDDY specimens. The data were collected in several analytical batches analyzed over two years time-frame. We show that IDSL.IPA pipeline can correct the retention time shift and match the peaks in the first and last analytical batches for the TEDDY study.
