This data accompanies the paper: New methods to detect isotopic heterogeneity with Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry, by Martin Schobben, Michiel Kienhuis, and Lubos Polerecky. This paper revolves around the function diag_R() of the R package point which allows an assessment of isotopic heterogeneity in SIMS analyses.
