Description

The sap flow methods calibration database was implemented for the development of the paper entitled A synthesis of bias and uncertainty in sap flow methods (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.agrformet.2019.03.012). A .csv file is provided. The column names are self-explanatory. When the wood density of a species is not available, the wood density of a phylogenetically close species is provided and the species is specified in the column phylo_density_species.
