Description

This dataset contains thedata, results, figures, R scripts, and aSingularity containerused in the study. To untar and unzip .tar.gz files (in Linux): tar -zxvf file.tar.gz All the tar.gz files should untar and uncompress into the same "h5n1" folder. The "Workflow.pdf" file lists the scripts that were used in the analysis and production of figures.
