Here, we present the calibrated parameters for the different 60 KGE configurations (5 KGE formulations x 3 streamflow transformations x 4 weights), 4 hydrological models (GR4J, GR5J, GR6J, and TUW), and 63 catchments (24 in Chile and 39 in Switzerland; see "_Study_Domain_filter_v2025.png") used to prepare the manuscript How well do hydrological models simulate streamflow extremes and drought-to-flood transitions submitted for consideration for publication in Hydrology and Earth System Sciences (HESS). Additionally, performance metrics and figures for the observed and simulated transitions are included. Each ZIP file contains several CSV data files and PNG images organized within a folder named in the same way as the ZIP file. The name of the folders is given by the database (i.e., CAMELS-CL or CAMELS-CH), followed by the code associated with the station (id_gauge). Thus, the file "camelscl_5722002.zip" corresponds to the catchment with code 5722002 associated with the CAMELS-CL database. The files inside each folder are described below: _Figures_conDF/ : visualizations of observed drought-to-flood transitions (rapid and seasonal) compared to model simulations. conDF_events_database_id-gauge.csv: Contains event-based data for the catchment. Summary_conDF_delta_avg_database_id-gauge.csv: Summary of delta average values across different events. Summary_conDF_delta_perc_avg_database_id-gauge.csv: Summary of percentage delta averages. Summary_conDF_events_database_id-gauge.csv: Summarized dataset of hydrological events. Summary_conDF_obs_avg_database_id-gauge.csv: Observed data averages. Summary_Detection_database_id-gauge.csv: Detection metrics related to drought-to-flood transitions. Summary_KGE_database_id-gauge.csv: Kling-Gupta Efficiency (KGE) values for model performance assessment. Summary_KGE_eval_database_id-gauge.csv: (Cross-) Evaluation of KGE for the different configurations tested. Summary_GOF_variable_database_id-gauge.csv: Goodness-of-Fit (GOF) values for model performance assessment. The variables analyzed were streamflow (Q), snow water equivalent (SWE), actual evapotranspiration (ET), and surface soil moisture (SM). Summary_Sign_variable_database_id-gauge.csv: Hydrological signatures values for model performance assessment. The variables analyzed were streamflow (Q), snow water equivalent (SWE), actual evapotranspiration (ET), and surface soil moisture (SM). _Summary_params_model_database_id-gauge.csv: Calibrated parameter set for the hydrological model according to the 60 different configurations tested. The models analyzed were GR4J, GR5J, GR6J, and TUW.
