167 yam samples were fully resequenced (WGS, Illumina HiSeq) and mapped (BWA) to the Dioscorea rotundata genome (BDMI01000001.1 to BDMI01000021.1). Calling_ALL_Rotundata_Allc05.vcf.gz is the result of the SNP calling (GATK). See associated publication for details;
